For this challenge there will be 5 workouts (Monday – Friday). Each workout will be about 10 minutes. You don’t need any equipment. Do 1 workout per day. By the end of the week and into next week you’ll notice your butt is already getting more round and lifted and your legs will be looking Sexy!
