SLOW-COOKER SHREDDED BEEF TIPS RECIPE

Pat meat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Beef tips on a plate seasoned with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil or ghee in a heavy pot, like an enameled Dutch oven. Add the seasoned beef and brown on both sides, remove and repeat with more oil or ghee and beef.

Transfer meat to a slow cooker and add garlic, onion, jalapeΓ±os, ranch and salsa

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve and enjoy!

NOTES
Make this on Sunday and have shredded beef to use in tacos, salads, stuffed in sweet potatoes or in quesadillas!

STORAGE:
In the refrigerator: Transfer shredded beef to an airtight container and place in the fridge for up to about 5 days.

Freezer: Add to a large freezer-safe bag or storage container and store in the freezer for up to about 3 months.
